Our steaks are prepared on the Josper wood-fired grill at up to 800 °C – this creates an intense roasted aroma and a particularly tender, juicy result.

Our fish dishes are carefully selected and gently prepared – often cooked to perfection to preserve the natural aroma and fine texture. Freshness, quality and a harmonious balance of flavors are always the focus.
